The staff at the gate of arrival were so friendly and welcoming, it made a great start to our stay. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with a great selection of programs on the flat-screen TV, including Netflix. The layout was well-designed and the noise from the airport construction was minimal, they even provided earplugs just in case. We appreciated the little touches like complimentary coffee, tea, toothbrush and paste, floss, and earbuds. The shower was lovely and hot, and the WiFi was reliable. the Nest Staff were polite and pleasant to deal with. This place was a perfect, convenient stopover, and it was even quick to go through security and explore the nearby attractions like the water town and night market. We highly recommend staying here for a comfortable and hassle-free experience.
